20 g hazelnuts
20 g walnuts
120 ml almond milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Some lime juice


1. Finely chop the nuts.

2. Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk.

3. Let everything soak for 10 to 20 minutes.

4. Occasionally stir the mixture with the chia seeds.

5. Stir in the agave syrup.

6. Pour 2 tablespoons of each mixture into a dessert glass.

7. Layer the chopped nuts on top.

8. Cover the nuts with 1 tablespoon each of the chia mass.

9. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top and serve everything.
