beans in their quinoa casserole.

Ingredients To Use:

● 1 cup of quinoa, cooked
● 3 cup of shredded chicken breast, cooked
● 14 ounces of canned black beans
● 12 ounces of corn
● 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
● 6 kale leaves, chopped
● 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
● 1 cup of clean tomato sauce
● 1 cup of clean salsa
● 2 tsp. chili powder
● 2 tsp. of ground cumin
● 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
● 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
● Cooking spray
● 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Step-by-Step Directions to Cook It:

1. Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish with the cooking spray.

2. To the dish, add the chicken, beans, kale, cilantro, green onions,
cumin, quinoa, corn, salsa, garlic, chili powder, mozzarella, and
jalapenos. Toss.

3. Transfer the baking dish to the Instant Pot cooker base and cover
with the Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air Fryer Lid.

4. Select the Bake Smart Program and set the timer for 15 minutes at
350°F
