1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed peanut brittle
Start preheating the oven to 350 ° F with the rack in center.
Butter and flour a baking pan, about 13- by 9-inch in size.
In a 3-qt heavy saucepan, melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter
over low heat until they become smooth, stirring. Discard from
the heat and let it cool.
Whisk in vanilla and brown sugar. Whisk in the eggs, one by one.

Spread in the pan. Bake for 25 mins. Scatter with the brittle.
Bake for 5 mins until a pick comes out with crumbs when inserted in
middle. Let it cool completely.
