30g low carb muesli
10g chia seeds
1. Soak the spinach leaves and let them drain.
2. Peel the mango and cut it into strips.
3. Remove the core of the apple and cut it into pieces.
4. Put everything except the mango together with the yogurt in
a blender and make a fine puree out of it.
5. Put the spinach smoothie in a bowl.
6. Add the muesli, chia seeds, and mango.
7. Serve the whole thing
